**Key Responsibilities:
1. **Haircutting and Styling**:

- Perform a variety of modern and classic haircuts, beard trims, and shaves with precision and attention to detail.
- Offer customized styling advice based on client preferences, hair texture, and face shape.

2. **Grooming Services**:

- Provide straight razor shaves, scalp treatments, and other grooming services to maintain and enhance clients’ appearance.
- Perform beard shaping, fading, and intricate detailing.

3. **Customer Experience**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and satisfied with their grooming experience.
- Manage client consultations to understand specific styling needs and provide recommendations.

4. **Hygiene and Sanitation**:

- Strictly adhere to hygiene and safety standards, maintaining clean tools, equipment, and workstations at all times.
- Regularly sterilize all tools and equipment in compliance with health regulations.

5. **Industry Trends**:

- Stay updated with the latest barbering trends, techniques, and grooming products.
- Actively recommend and upsell grooming products to clients.

6. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other barbers and staff to maintain a positive and professional shop atmosphere.
- Assist in training junior barbers or apprentices if needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **5 years **of professional barbering experience in a high-end or busy barbershop.
- Proven expertise in classic and modern cutting techniques, including fades, undercuts, scissor cuts, and beard grooming.
- Strong understanding of hair textures and grooming needs for diverse clientele.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first attitude.
- Valid barbering license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and perform precise manual tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistently high-quality work.
