**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for daily operations of the information counter, attend to customers enquires and assist with shopping mall’s promotions and redemptions
- Manage customer feedbacks
- Assist in planning the duty roster and supervising the customer service officers.
- Provide training to new staff on customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manages accurate inventory of promotion merchandise.
- Provide technical assistance to tenants request.
- Handle daily redemption and settlement of gift voucher for credit cards reward program.
- Perform mall gift vouchers sales transaction and responsible for reconciliation of daily sales takings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ / Diploma level holder
- Minimum 2 year of supervisory experience in frontline customer service
- Able to commit to shift, weekends and public holidays
