Business Development Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Support management team in terms of business development on our services
- Assist Business Development Manager to create client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation in both English and Mandarin
- Work closely with other functions to ensure quality support is given to the clients from both international and China regions
- Coordination of business meetings - gathering analysis/data about client’s history and latest client’s business information
- Maintain client database and networks
- Understand industry and market requirements to provide better delivery solutions to meet customers’ demand
- Analyse internal fee structure among regions
- Provide full spectrum of administrative and operational supportAny other ad hoc matters, as and when assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
- Preferably Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
- Experience in bids and tendering procedures an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, InDesign an advantage
- Good work ethic, time management, and teamwork
- Self-driven, good interpersonal skills, meticulous, strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
