**Job Summery**:
The role holder leads network consultancy, design, implementation and support to help customers maximize network availability and functionality to achieve their business goals. Activities will include in-depth analysis, pre-sales activities, design (both for high and lower level network solutions), deployment, support and consultancy. The role holder will be the trusted adviser, working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor delivering our commitments across multiple technologies such as Routing & Switching, Data Centre, Security etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Trusted-advisor relationship with high-level executives.
- Leads multiple strategic initiatives while working under limited direction.
- Spends significant time during the pre-sales stage working with stakeholders influencing the architecture of the solution.
- Provides pre-sales support and scoping in multiple technologies such as Routing & Switching, Data Centre, Security.
- Stakeholders includes Project Managers, peers, customers, Customer Relationship Team, cross-functional teams, Business Units, Account Teams, Business Unit Executive Management.
- Solution Architect is the Design Leader, able to articulate complex solutions to executive (C-level) customer contacts both on a technical and business level.
- Has knowledge of business and technology trends within the industry and Client’s customer base.
- Identifies new areas and technologies that align with industry trends and Client’s priorities and promotes training to other engineers.
- Leads and incubates new end-to-end services around products and solutions.
- To interpret client needs, assess the full requirements, and identify suitable solutions.
- To support on the service delivery and network solution design, implementation. While implementing the project provides remote or onsite deployment support & executes all phases of project delivery including plan, design, network staging, implementation, migration, testing, handover, etc.

**Required**:

- A Bachelors/Diploma holder from a recognised institution
- Certified with at least two (2) CCIE certification tracks and/or CCDE or equivalent.
- At least 10 years hands-on in-depth experience with Cisco Enterprise products and solutions
- Experience in Design, Analysis and Diagnosis of complex networks
- Experience in leading design workshops and conduct detailed design of complex IP networks for green field as well as migration of existing production network to new networks.
- Proven experience in pre-sales activities and influencing customers for technologies and solutions
- Technical Leadership experience in leading a team of engineers to deliver on large and complex IP network projects
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, effective consulting and communication skill
- Experience in dealing with CXO level and non-technical stakeholders and exceling
- Proven industry awareness
- Strong Python/Java/JavaScript programming skills in Linux
