This position is responsible for planning IT infrastructure system implementation/integrating project delivery with stakeholders as propose to bank customers.
- Coordinate solution proposals with deep understanding of customer IT infrastructure requirements with wide vision.
- Identify the best solution through market new tech solutions survey.
- Create the IT infrastructure system delivery plan (project plan) with members (PMs & tech members & account managers) as well as engaging with external parties.
- Create the actual proposal deck and lead proposing activities to the customers.
- Network/engage with 3rd party IT providers for strategy & execution. Perform proactive approaches coordinating the engaged partners introduction sessions to the customers timely.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge for IT delivery project and capable of making whole delivery plan to propose.
- PMP or equivalent to project management skill/experience in IT.
- Expert level Microsoft PowerPoint deck creation skill.
- Experience in mission critical IT systems OS & middleware architecture & parameters designing and its installation.
- Good understanding and working experience on ITSM standards, processes, guidelines and provide the best practices.
- Working experience in Windows Server & Linux administration.
- Knowledge in virtualization technology (VMware, HyperV, KVM, Nutanix).
- Knowledge in storage system to work with storage team.
- Knowledge in TCP/IP, load balancer and firewall to work with network team.
- Knowledge in Scripting (e.g. Powershell/VBS/Python/Shell).
