We’re looking for a Strategic Finance Intern to join our Finance team and to assist the team in delivering best-in-class financial analysis with clear and succinct commentaries and data visualisation to the leadership team.

The Strategic Finance Intern will also have a significant role in delivering accurate and sophisticated financial forecasts that help the leadership team in predicting the financial performance of existing and new businesses.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Assist the Finance team in establishing processes to ensure the consistent and accurate delivery of financial or business analysis, including but not limited to forecasting performance of the consolidated entity, individual business and regional units, and building and maintaining financial models, including inputs, processes and outputs.
- Developing and supporting initiatives to improve the quality of collected data either by optimising the current operational data collection process, and implementing new tools to drive scalable analysis and insight.
- Provide weekly and monthly financial reporting to monitor performance of Glints and other emerging businesses units.
- Work together with the finance team to perform financial analysis (FP&A) and business analysis.
- Support Group-level Industry Benchmarking exercises and other ad-hoc initiatives such as identifying key market drivers for business generation and performance.
