**MAIN INSTRUCTOR**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive and experiential training programs to students.
- Facilitate meaningful discussions through effective questioning techniques.
- Conduct hands-on learning activities with impactful debriefs.
- Manage and organize program materials and logistics (if required).
- Collect feedback to evaluate program effectiveness.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **MOE Registration for Instructors**(mandatory).
- **First Aid Certification**(preferred).
- Experience leading groups or classes in a professional or academic setting.
- Certification or expertise in areas such as communication, design thinking, leadership, speech and drama, or project management.

**ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate small group discussions and classroom activities.
- Lead games and interactive sessions confidently.
- Support classroom management to ensure smooth program execution.
- Organize and handle program materials and logistics.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **MOE Registration for Instructors**(mandatory).
- **First Aid Certification**(preferred).
