**About Our Client**

Our client is a traditional and authentic Cantonese confectionery. They have been making mooncakes and traditional Cantonese pastries the same way since 1935. Their products are handmade and baked daily in Singapore using time-honoured recipes and quality ingredients with full conformity to stringent quality standards of AVA, HACCP and BizSafe 3.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with daily production to meet ordering requirements.
- Prepare, weight and measure ingredients with accuracy
- Produce pastry, baked goods, fillings and conduct quality check of all products
- Understanding of food hygiene regulation accordance with HACCP requirements and ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ensure cleanliness of production area
- To ensure minimum wastages and control stock inventory..

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Good work attitude
- Willing to learn.
- Relevant Experience is a plus
