Shop Assistant

Role Description:
Conduct on the job training in accordance with the director's standards and procedures and maintains a record of progress. Trainee shall have great responsibility for the day-to-day operations. Ensure proper handling of daily sales, petty cash, change and float.
- Specific Responsibilities:
1.The Trainee shall be responsible to oversee the company's ongoing and new assignments from start till end, ensuring that cleanliness, disinfections and other pre-opening duties of outlet are executed properly. 2.The Trainee would be more confident to help facilitate efficient task completion by doing added services to customers. Trainee will develop a better execution of day-to-day operations to optimize productivity.

3. The Trainee would also be capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with director when needed.

4.The Trainee would be hardworking and detailed in accounting for the progress and development of each assignment at all stages.

5.The Trainee shall arrange the schedules and timelines for all assignments, to ensure that all operations run smoothly to ensure efficiency.

4. Duration of Traineeships: 6 months

5. Approved Training Allowance: Fresh Graduates - $2,000, Non-mature Mid-career Individuals - $2,000, Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,500

6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role Under SGUnited Traineeship:
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Diploma and above Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
