**Roles & Responsibilities**

My Client, a reputable global pharmaceutical company is looking out for a Senior Planner and Supplier Management Specialist to support their regional distribution Center.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Play a major hands-on role in the overall secondary packaging material are available with the goal of meeting affiliate PO.
- Creates the orders based on supplier’s transportation requirements and purchasing requirements (minimums, lead times, order levels, etc.).
- Analyses demand forecast, purchase and procure packaging materials to meet work order packaging schedule and ensure appropriate inventory level are met and expediting as needed.
- Addresses issues with packaging material with suppliers, including quality, quantity and scheduling are on track.
- Develops, implements, and maintains department reports as required by management utilizing appropriate system and worksheets.
- To bridge issue resolution between packaging material vendors and RDC vendors when needed.
- Participate in various projects and perform various analysis on request, provide process flow and lead time to project team to build in project timeline, regular update on progress vs planned on project activities related to packaging materials
**Requirements/Skills**:

- Minimum degree in Supply Chain Management, Supplier Management, Production planning or related field
- Basis understanding and working knowledge of international business and pharmaceutical cGMP and GDP regulations.
- CMO environment with procurement experience (have worked with or in) is a plus.
- Works with a strong sense of urgency. Demonstrates a hands-on attitude and an attention to detail, analytical, numerate, positive attitude and self-driven.
