As a Program Operations Intern, you will support our technical program management function, focusing on operational efficiency, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in agile project management tools and practices, providing a solid foundation for a future career in technical program management. In this role, you will also be responsible to: - Support program operations and project management processes - Analyze and report on project metrics and performance indicators - Contribute to data visualization and dashboard creation - Assist in maintaining and improving project documentation systems - Participate and assist in process improvement and automation initiatives - Aid in sprint planning, tracking, and review processes - Support stakeholder communication and reporting activities **Requirements**: **Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills**: - Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field - Strong interest in data, project management and Agile methodologies - Familiarity with agile project management concepts - Working knowledge and understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement **Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics**: - Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools - Knowledge of automation tools like Workato - Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Sigma, Tableau) - Understanding of software development processes - Basic programming or scripting knowledge is a plus
