**Super Loco is one of Singapore’s leading Mexican restaurant groups and we are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and manage our head office and growing group of 4 restaurants. If you want to be part of a fantastic, growing brand, we would love to hear from you**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Managing all 4 outlets business performance, setting of qualitative and quantitative goals for each outlet and monitoring achievement of these goals
- Developing business - financial, operations, manpower, expansion - plans for the Group and its outlets
- Ensure the smooth running of all outlet operations, and seamless execution of business plans
- Ensure that the work culture and restaurant environment is fun, profitable, consistent, efficient and on brand. Responsible for the management and maintenance of a high-quality guest experience
- Working with marketing & events department, to undertake revenue enhancing programs and activities
- Communicating and supporting the human resource function in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, talent management and development
- Providing corporate structure and leadership
- At all times maintain consistency with and promote the Super Loco Group mission, vision, culture and values
- Reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
- Reviewing and adding to outlet and corporate SOP’s and ensuring compliance with these SOP’s
- Overseeing, motivating and managing department heads - Group Training, Group Beverage Manager, Group Finance Manager, Group Ops Manager and Group Executive Chef. Setting their KPI’s and supporting and guiding them to achieve their targets
- Assist with the sourcing and hiring of senior management team members, interview, hire and train new managers or oversee those personnel processes
- Assist as required in expansion plans for Loco Group branded restaurants and opening of new restaurants

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of F&B senior management experience at a Group General Manager level or its equivalent (COO or CEO). Experience at simultaneously managing and leading multiple F&B outlets.
- Experience at managing and leading a group of senior managers (Outlet Managers and Heads of Dept)
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills
- Proven ability to plan and open new F&B outlets as well as track record of multi-tasking in dynamic environment
- Ability to build morale and group commitment to goals, objectives and support everyone’s efforts to succeed
- Strong focus on food and beverage quality control and service excellence
- Strong leadership skills and able to lead and set goals and targets for the senior management team
- Ability to work under pressure and with mínimal supervision
