**Job Title**

Sales Executive - Architectural Building Materials

**Description**

At Framework, we support sub-contractors, main-contractors, and builders with high-quality building materials and expert advice.

As a key a member of the sales team, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, guiding them through a comprehensive customer journey.
- **Prospecting**:Finding prospective buyers, including contractors, architects, and owners.
- **Needs Analysis**: Learning about their unique requirements and the specifics of each project.
- **Recommendation**: Matching clients with the ideal products for their project demands.
- **Sales Completion**: Skilfully close deals and manage payment collections.
- **After-Sales Support**: Offer technical advice to ensure smooth completion of their projects.

**Responsibilities**
- **Sales Targets**:Consistently meet or exceed your sales quota.
- **Customer Service**: Provide attentive and prompt service in our showroom, or at the customers' place.
- **Account Management**: Ensure timely collection from current accounts and minimise overdue debts.
- **Order Fulfilment**: Work closely with our logistics team to ensure customer orders are delivered without delay.
- **Reporting**: Keep detailed records of your sales activities, leads and potential opportunities. Report on key deals and market movements to management.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication & Interpersonal skills**: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients. Persuasively communicate our value proposition.
- **Problem solving & Negotiation**: Balance customer needs with business objectives. Effectively handle queries and resolve issues.
- **Experience**: Proven track record in sales of architectural building materials or related products.
- **Availability**:Able to work 5.5 days per week, including half-day Saturdays from 8.30am - 12.30pm.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,499.00 per month
