Singapore INTERNATIONAL CANCER SPECIALISTS PTE. LTD. Full time

We are looking for a clinic assistant to help make each patient’s visit smooth and positive. This person will guide patients through their appointments, help coordinate services, keep records organized, and support daily clinic tasks. Salary range: S$2,500~S$3,500 (depending on experience)

**What You’ll Do**

1. Patient Navigation and Service Coordination

2. Administrative and Operations Support

3. Service Excellence & Patient Engagement

4. Support for Clinic Operations & Events

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Diploma or degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Patient Services or Healthcare Management is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient services.
- Experience in oncology or a specialist clinic will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
