**Position Summary**:
Tink It Education and Consulting Services seeks a dynamic Educational Therapist cum Teacher

neurodivergent children aged 1 to 10 and provide professional development training to

educators within our network.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct educational therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs, incorporating
- evidence-based practices.
- Design and lead teacher training workshops, emphasizing inclusive education strategies and
- behavioral management.
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans for neurodivergent students, focusing
- on their unique strengths and challenges.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers, providing guidance and support strategies to
- reinforce therapy goals at home.
- Stay updated with the latest research in neurodiversity and educational strategies to
- continuously enhance our service offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree/diploma in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree is
- preferred.
- Certified or extensive experience in educational therapy for neurodivergent children.
- Proven experience in teacher training or adult education.
- Strong understanding of different learning styles, educational assessments, and
- intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and educate
- others.
