We are looking for Part-time English Language teachers to join our dynamic team We are seeking for a teacher who is: - Passionate in positively impacting the young adults - Enthusiastic in lesson delivery and activity planning - Able to engage students in directed environment and curriculum - Have a positive working attitude and a good team player **Roles & Responsibilities** - Teaching English Language as a second language to foreign working adults; - Conducting classes for different levels - Beginner-> Advanced - on-campus, or online, including delivery of approved lesson plans, preparation and marking of coursework and assessments - Providing Classroom management - small to large classes - Providing appropriate feedback on students ’work - Supporting the English Language team to develop and implement teaching strategies based on students need to ensure academic quality standards in areas of content, delivery and assessment are met and continually improved. - Support the Academic Department to develop the course materials when necessary - Provide mentorship, coaching and support to students during the classes. **Job Requirements**: - Excellent English speaker; (First Language) - Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree; or Diploma in TESOL - TESOL or CELTA qualification - Minimum of 3 years work experience in teaching English Language, experience in teaching English language with working adults is preferred. - Good oral and written communication skills, with ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds - Adept in using Microsoft Office and online meeting tools like Zoom, Google Classroom or E-learning platform. - Enable to communicate in simple Chinses with Chinese spoken students are welcomed **Salary**: Contract Basis, hourly rate.
