Responsible for all elements of supplier contracts and MRO. Plan the procurement of the materials and services required to support plant and its operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage purchase orders, supplier management and performance, both local and overseas vendors. Partner with suppliers and internal customers for material fulfillment and mitigate risk of disruption to operations.
- Lead and collaborate with internal departments and suppliers in analyzing pricing and department needs, making recommendations and implementing agreed upon solutions for cost reduction, efficiencies, process improvement and business continuity.
- Partner with suppliers and internal customers to evaluate need for alternative sources, identify and develop sources to meet new requirements and strategy program. Request for Proposal and Request for Quotations.
- Embark on vertical integration for localization and sites capability to meet strategies initiatives.
- Work closely with Supplier, Quality, Engineering and Warehousing to resolve any material related issues.
- Govern supplier programs to ensure global pricing and volume rebates are incorporated.Review and evaluate bids from suppliers and collaborate with the Legal Team to determine acceptable terms and negotiate terms with bidder.
- Draft contracts, SOW, negotiate amendments to or extensions of contracts, and advise other departments of impact of potential amendments, reviews and alignment with legal on agreements.
- Other duties assigned by Leadership

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree 3 years experience previous related experience in contract or bid management Required

Additional Skills:

- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel; Qlik experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including customer negotiating and relationship management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in supporting Quality Audit
- Full knowledge of contract terms and conditions
- Good leadership skills and ability to influence change
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects
- Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
