**Responsibilities**:
**Objective**
- To manage the marketing activities in the assigned region and develop a strategy to meet business objectives, in line with BUs marketing strategy & guidelines

**Market trends and opportunities**
- Data and information on market trends (e.g motorbikes evolution, competitor strategy, consumer behaviors)
- Company positioning within the market, SWAT analysis

**Trade marketing**
- Events/fair/product launches organization
- PR and media relationship
- Maintaining the relationships with all media players, identifying local bloggers and influencers

**Implementation of periodical market analysis and internal/external benchmarks**
- Monitoring the positioning against the competitors in terms of marketing activities / promotions
- Identifying local best practices and trends to be highlighted to Marketing department

**Supporting the product marketing activities**
- Structuring range management, market constraints, suggesting new opportunities
- Coordinating new products introduction in the markets and supporting the products development (selling proposition, range, targets, potentials etc.)
- Product training for Dealers/media

**Coordination of marketing activities to support key accounts**
- Liaising with key clients to plan, launch and monitor results of trade and consumer campaigns
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including literature and merchandise across Asia Pacific
- Event management such as conferences, exhibitions, track days and racing-related events

**Requirements**:

- Possess Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Business Management/ Mass Communication or equivalent
- ** Minimum 2-3 years experience in Motorbikes related Businesses (Tire company, Motorcycle companies or Moto apparels companies)**:

- ** Possess knowledge in Motorbikes and tyres, marketing and events**:

- Strong analytical skills and a proficient level on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, regional markets and levels of business
- Preferably rides a motorbike, can sustain tyre conversations and generally enjoy being in riding and racing activities.
