Avp/vp, Senior Corporate Planning Specialist

**Responsibilities**
- Define the plans, roadmaps and budgets & resource plans for HO system migration and enhancement of organization’s cloud capability
- Align and track the status of each initiative in TOM workstream related with HO system migration and IT Infrastructure organization development
- Prepare the report deck to senior management
- Plan, define and implement IT infra talent management framework and process.
- Establish, implement and monitor IT infra project pipeline and control resource capacity.
- Manage and build robust relationship with HO departments relating to IT infra department
- Forecast and ensure resource efficiency.
- Facilitate team collaboration and communication.
- Drive continuous improvement in corporate planning processes including project and resource allocation.
- Provide service report to client management and to JRIS Management.
- Manage Service Agreement and Individual Agreement with SMBC (System Development service, System Maintenance service and Insource service)
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and equivalent with 5 years of experience in providing IT services to a Financial Institute.
- Good knowledge in IT system infrastructure for large transaction volumes and/or users
- Possess cloud-related work experience and knowledge
- Microsoft Certification - Intune, Microsoft 365 mobility and security, Managing Modern Desktops, Modern Desktop Administrator, MS Azure Certificate, MCSA/MCSE
- Project Management Certificate (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experiences is a plus.
- Proficiency in Japanese is highly preferred as this role needs to prepare reports in Japanese for reporting to Head Office in Japan and also need to present and communicate with senior stakeholders who mainly communicate in Japanese.
- Experience in handling regional projects which involve stakeholders in Japan is desirable.
- Proven experience in collaboration and workgroup for project delivery.
- Experience in internal control or audit area with a deep understanding of the IT business process and systems is a plus.
- Knowledge in IT service business for a Bank or FI.
- Comprehensive knowledge of techologies supporting asset management processes.
- Capability to lead and drive the IT related tasks with good time and stakeholder management skills and experience.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships by proactively socializing with stakeholders to steer tasks.
- Possess strong and assertive verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.
- Good bi-directional and collaborative attitute in order to work as a professional in a team.
- Willing to take on ad-hoc projects as necessary.
