As a
**Content Writer Intern**, you will play a critical role in helping to expand the depth, breadth and impact of Terrascope’s marketing and PR efforts. Through this internship, you will gain a solid understanding of key marketing and communications skills and strategies. You will also be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

**In this role you will**:

- Collaborate with external content agencies and freelancers to develop high-quality written, video, and image content for marketing and PR initiatives
- Create and curate written, video, and image content for marketing channels. Draft copy & assist with copy-editing. Assist in the planning, execution, and management of content creation projects
- Play a key role in SEO management for our website to ensure optimal visibility in search engines
- Measure and report the outcomes of various marketing and communications efforts
- Facilitate communication and coordination with clients, partners, and agencies
- Participate in both formal and informal training opportunities to enhance your skills

**You should have**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong eagerness to learn, paired with a professional drive and collaborative work approach
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented, multitasking environment
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to best practices
- Fundamental understanding of marketing techniques and strategies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for storytelling being a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Powerpoint
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and its functionalities
- Strong creative problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the capacity to work independently
- Genuine interest or passion for sustainability and climate action
