**Event Planner**

5.5 days work ,Mon to Fri 9.30am - 6pm, Saturday 9.30am-1pm, Weekends & PH need to work if have events (off in lieu provided)

**This position is responsible for the planning and execution of Food and Beverage Events for our catering services.**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare customized proposals and planning of the event flow with the clients
- Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for the execution of the event accordingly to the timeline
- Work closely with the Chefs to come up with creative ideas and bespoke food menus
- Conduct site inspections when necessary prior to the commencement of the event
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Able to commit weekends and Public holidays if required
- Possess with own laptop for work purpose
