JR43303 SR ENGINEER, FE CENTRAL QUALITY SEAL PROGRAM ENGINEERING

As a Manufacturing Central Team Quality SEAL Senior Engineer/Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be a member of the worldwide Quality Team managing QDR, reducing variation and deviations for all Micron Fabs. Devising strategies to address specific problems. Specific to your role, your work will encompass the responsibilities of handing resources to enable the timely development of Quality Program for the network. Managing the respective Quality programs that will make FE Quality a success. As a solution provider, you will work with SMEs to identify their needs and to develop and implement reporting dashboard and data structure to meet their requirements for quality improvement. This will also extend to recommending improvements to meet the demands of swiftly changing interface technology. Setting up performing backups procedures for maintaining our data. Providing actionable insights in Frontend Global Quality Program through the analysis of facts and figures acquired from the network.

- Demonstrated high level problem solving skills, time management, organization and multitasking abilities
