Learn and understand in-house trading methodologies and strategies/setups.
Execute trades of the **SIMSCI index futures.**
Perform administrative and clerical work.

**Requirements**:
Applicants must show strong interest in trading and learning in-house methodologies. Prior trading experience is not required.
Applicants must be able to commit to one of the following shifts; morning shift (8.15am-1.15pm) / afternoon shift (2pm-6.15pm) / full day shift (8.15am to 6.15pm).

**Qualification**:
Applicants must possess one of the following certification; Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree.
Entry level applicants will be considered.
Under-grads currently pursuing part-time Degree will also be considered.

**Remuneration**:
Before being entitled to any profit sharing, trader must pass an administrative test and will be issued a live trading account. Subsequently, trader will have to pass a practical test by generating a minimum of $1500 monthly profit above original equity value for 2 or more consecutive months.
- 10% profit sharing. Only applicable to traders who have passed the administrative test but has yet to maintain a monthly profits of a minimum of $1500 monthly profit for 2 consecutive months.
- 30% profit sharing. Only applicable after passing both practical and administrative tests by maintaining a minimum of $1500 monthly profit over 2 or more consecutive months.
- 5% on equity improvement sharing. Only applicable to traders whose equity is below original equity value but has made improvement from the previous trading month.

There will be additional incentives as follows;
- $100 will be given to every $1000 profit made on top of the 1st $1000 in the trading month.
- Monthly Trading competition with a total of $1000 shared amongst top 3 winners.
- Additional monthly profit sharing from the Common Account. Only applicable to current contract traders.
- Applicant who commits to a full day shift will be entitled to $500 monthly allowance.

**Career Progression**
- Traders generating consistent monthly profits, may be allocated with more account(s) by the company.
- Traders who have completed the one year (12 months) bond will be allocated an additional account with $10,000 equity with either 40% profit sharing (passed both practical and administrative tests) or 30% profit sharing (still under-going practical test).
- Traders with positive working attitude and no other punctuality and attendance issue may be offered executive management roles.
