Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage?the majority of?the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.?

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the strategy and execution of Regional CBGO Process Standardization and Strategic Initiatives to deliver a fully digitally enabled and empowered Operations function.
- Own and manage multiple business and technical projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as business case building, planning, analysis, design/development, implementation & post go-live handover to support.
- Partner with Technology and Group Operations Capability Centre to integrate advanced technologies, including AI/Generative AI, into operational frameworks and enhance system capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive operational excellence in DBS Credit Cards and Unsecured Lending (CUL) products and processes from both a regional governance and standardization perspective. Develop and deliver a comprehensive robust target operating model around CUL products in 6 locations and implement straight through processing and automation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Consumer Banking Operations processing or related projects
- Demonstrated track record with strong organization skills, especially project management concepts
- Experience in running transformation projects, streamline and re-engineering processes to achieve efficiencies
- An efficient solutions provider with excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
