We’re looking for a Vice President to source, screen and evaluate new investments across Southeast Asia. This individual will also be expected to support the firm’s existing portfolio and management activities including but not limited to the following activities:

- Collate and keep track of traction and progress of portfolio companies
- Attend board and update meetings of portfolio companies alongside Partners
- Support portfolio companies efforts in areas such as business development, partnership pipelines and fundraising activities.
- Support research and fund operations
- 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role in finance, consulting, big tech or at a high-growth startup in Southeast Asia
- An existing network in the Southeast Asia startup ecosystem or familiarity with startups, founders, investors
- Prior experience at a venture backed startup, VC or a growth stage PE firm in Southeast Asia will be strongly preferred
- Intellectual curiosity and independent thinking
- Excellent analytical, written, oral communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to challenge strong perspectives of operating executives by bringing in an investment mindset and data-driven approach
- A willingness to work in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
- An entrepreneurial mindset and being able to own and work on multiple work-streams simultaneously
- Proficiency in Indonesian or Vietnamese is an added plus
