About the Role

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our marketing strategies across multiple platforms. You’ll play a key role in expanding our brand presence, generating leads, and creating meaningful engagement with parents, students, and partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to promote our study programs and services.
- Manage and grow our social media presence (e.g., Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Design marketing materials, coordinate events/webinars, and maintain our website.
- Track campaign performance and generate regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with our education consultants, teachers, and media team to align messaging and ensure consistency.
- Monitor trends in the education industry and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Support outreach to schools, agents, and parents in both Singapore and China.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience (education or international markets a plus).
- Proficiency in social media marketing, SEO, content creation, and performance tracking tools.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin
- Creative thinker with a good eye for design (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a bonus).
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
