**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other beverage-making tools with precision and care.
- Ensure beverage quality by following proper preparation techniques and adhering to quality control standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area, including sanitizing equipment, wiping down counters, and disposing of waste.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about menu items, making recommendations, and addressing customer concerns or complaints.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the coffee shop.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
