**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the Regional CEO & Regional People Director, you will be responsible for creating the Regional Communications strategy and providing oversight to local market or country communications plans.
- You will be accountable for the successful implementation and roll-out of regional communications across internal and external communications and provide oversight to local, in-market communication and PR activities to ensure communication plans are appropriate and aligned with both global and regional strategy and messaging.
- Develop, promote, enhance and protect our Inchcape brand reputation and strategy, through exceptionally high quality, planned external communications (agreed with Group).
- Responsible for all regional communication channels - both internal and external - including intranets, LinkedIn, corporate websites, etc.
- Responsible for ensuring in-market communications teams have the necessary skills and capabilities to effectively deliver communication plans, this includes PR agency selection and working with relevant People teams to ensure training and development plans are in place.
- Guardian of corporate brand identity throughout the region e.g. Inchcape Brand Guidelines and for new acquisitions, support integration of the Inchcape brand into new business.
- Support building the strategy, implementation and evolution of our Employer Value Proposition, regionally and in-market.
- Build and lead a strong Communication Community in APAC, ensuring best practice is shared at both Regional and Group levels, plus help develop opportunities for skills and capability development across the regional community.

**Job requirements**
- Demonstrable experience of partnering and providing sound communications and issues management advice to C-Suite leaders in a multi-country organisation setting.
- Excellent experience in both Corporate and B2C PR and Communication campaigns, including agency selection and management, building and protecting corporate reputations and crisis communications.
- A background of working across multiple country markets in an international business and extensive experience of M&A communications management - from announcement through to onboarding, integration and change.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication capabilities, as well as advanced influencing and negotiating skills and editorial talent.
- Previous experience working in partnership with Marketing and Brand teams to ensure the successful delivery of integrated campaigns.
- Previous experience in using social media, other communication channels as an integral part of the communication strategy.
- Previous experience of working in global and/or public listed companies, some knowledge of Investor Relations and Financial PR would be beneficial.
