**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cybersecurity and Process Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards for cybersecurity, and market standard operating procedures.
- Actively support internal and external audits, working closely with various stakeholders to maintain security protocols and operational integrity.
- IT/OT Convergence and Integration:

- Maintain a clear understanding of IT and OT environments, supporting the flow of data between systems.
- Map out and troubleshoot IT/OT connections, identifying points of potential failure or improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for IT/OT convergence at solar sites, coordinating with IT, OT, and business users to ensure effective integration.
- Analytical Support for System and Process Optimization:

- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for system improvements and digital process automation.
- Execute, monitor, and maintain process digitalization initiatives, designing solutions that align with user needs.
- Develop flowcharts and high-level diagrams to illustrate workflows, systems integration, and automation potential.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Proficient with Javascript and Python.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity standards, IT/OT systems integration, and process automation.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, data-driven solutions to improve operational performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of flowcharting and systems mapping.
- Familiarity with programming methodologies and UI/UX design.
