This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skillset, and achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance. **Roles and Responsibilities**: - Own the TPRM risk domain for IHiS and be a member of the Risk Management Committee. - Lead the design, integration, and deployment of a firm-wide TPRM framework (governance structure, methodologies, policies, processes, and tools), including risk identification, control assessment, risk mitigation, and monitoring as well as the development, implementation, and maintenance of the necessary TPRM infrastructure. - Identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness by optimizing vendor risk management process, and effectively managing risks in strategic partnership with IHiS business units and infrastructure units including risk associated with onboarding and ongoing monitoring of third parties from a risk-domain perspective. - Design and maintain MIS reporting which includes: (i) measure of IHiS TPRM readiness, (ii) risk appetite management (iii) risk exposure to internal and external threats & compliance (iv) residual risk and its potential materiality to IHiS. - Manage the TPRM program which includes an integrated approach for assessing and mitigating the third-party risks of new and existing third parties. - Manage and enhance the governance model to provide ongoing monitoring and oversight of the risks posed by third parties. - Monitor and update third-party risk assessment framework to respond and adhere to new and existing guidelines and initiatives. - Identify and escalate key items of concern regarding new and existing current third parties, including the potential concentration risks and chain-sourcing risk exposure. - Provide guidance to business and infrastructure divisions to develop and execute a risk-based mitigation strategy for their own processes as well as for all of their processes to achieve continuous improvement by proactively adapting to the changing risk environment, business requirements & technical changes. - Partner with teams from such as procurement, legal, information security and technology risk, enterprise risk management, data governance, business areas, and other assurance functions to identify third-party risks and escalate those risks appropriately. - Promote awareness of third-party risk management and improve capabilities. - Lead a team of professionals and provide the team with guidance. - Drive special and ad-hoc projects as required. **Requirements/ Qualifications**: - Tertiary qualification. - Minimum 8 to 10 years of focused expertise in third-party oversight, vendor governance, risk management, and operational risks. - Third-party vendor experience preferred. - Broad and deep third-party risk technical knowledge. - Strong people management, internal consulting, and partnering skills. - Able to conceptualize and operationalize policies into practices. - Attributes tenacity, energy, and resilience. - Critical thinker, self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player. - Quick thinking, solutions-oriented mindset, strong project management, and facilitation capabilities to build cross-functional partnerships to drive results. - Proactive, open to new challenges, innovative, resourceful, and able to work independently. - Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong command of spoken and written English. **WHAT’S ON OFFER** Your interest will be treated with strict confidentiality.
