We are looking for a** Warehouse Storekeeper** to join our Maintenance team in Neste Singapore.

We have a small team of experts working in the Maintenance Warehouse Team. Our team is responsible to support and execute a safe, efficient and effective Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) material management for Singapore Refinery successful operational excellence. And for continuous successful scheduled/un-scheduled shutdown maintenance.

**Your part in Neste journey**

In this role, your main responsibilities include

Functional Duties
- Perform physical warehousing activities such as order receiving, label & storage and material order fulfilment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Operate material handling equipment in a safe manner for unloading, loading & transferring activities.
- Perform daily maintenance checks on tools & material handling equipment. Inform any non-conformance to direct report
- Perform proper packing of stock items for safe storage.
- Perform proper labelling for easy identification and accurate location put-away.
- Perform material order picking & issuance with standard procedure and documentation.
- Manage & Request for waste disposal with authorised waste disposal provider when necessary.

Inventory Audit & Management
- Support inventory audits, annual physical stock count, and periodic cycle counting.
- Perform established storage preservation requirements.
- Perform proper storage segregation of different metal alloy composite stock items.
- Perform proper storage of environmental sensitive stock items in an environment controlled storage location.

Safety, Security and 5S culture
- Primary owner for a safe, tidy and clean warehouse through regular 5S housekeeping.
- Maintain a satisfactory standard of security and access for the purpose of safe custody of materials.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner following all safety policies and procedures with the objective of a zero incident workplace.
- Participate in WSH inspections / audits / safety walks (in conjunction with HSSEQ) in the Warehouse.

You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor in Singapore Neste Refinery in Tuas.

**Keys to success in this role**

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is
- _Minimum ‘O’ level or NITEC in Supply Chain/Logistics Management_
- _At least 1-2 years relevant warehousing experience _
- _Possess forklift licence_
- _Familiar with PC & office productivity tools (i.e MS excel or google gmail, sheets & etc)_
- _Team player with strong safety mind-set and good problem-solving skills_

We also value
- _Relevant academic certificate in warehousing or logistics management_
- _Possess Class 3 licence will be an advantage_
- _Familiar with warehouse management system will be an advantage_
