We’re searching for a **Manager** **to be part of our **Quality** diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to manage and lead a team of Engineers and Associate Engineers to ensure outgoing quality compliance with policies and standards.

**What you will be working on**:

- Lead a team of engineers to assure outgoing quality compliance to outgoing policies and standards.
- Lead and review visual outgoing inspection process to assure that all products/wafers are disposed in accordance to the required guidelines/criteria.
- Investigate on any visual quality issues that arises with follow up to corrective/ preventive actions closures.
- Drive outgoing visual defect improvements with internal customers
- Prepare, review and implement visual defect procedures and acceptance criteria as required.
- Drive outgoing visual defect improvements with engineering teams.
- Manage ESD/environmental program and assure that compliance to cleanroom standards are strictly adhered to and implement accordingly.
- Keep abreast of industry standards and best practices in quality management, process tools, packing materials and environment monitoring methodology.
- Audit compliance as per the standards.
- Prepare training materials and trains the manufacturing assistants in the areas of visual defect recognition and basic disposition rules
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and quality manuals.
- Participate in customer meetings and addressing visual quality-related issues.
- Manage customer' queries and complaints related to corrective and preventive action programs.
- Work closely with assembly house for any visual defects queries and work with assembly house engineers on visual defects found in assembly incoming.

**More About You**:

- Degree in engineering preferably from chemistry/material science or microelectronics.
- At least 8 years of related working experience
- Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO9001
- Knowledge of Visual Defects Quality and Outgoing Quality Management Systems knowledge
- Preferably has work experience in a Fab environment
- Knowledge in environmental controls & ESD requirements is an added advantage
