Singapore D-TEAM ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time

Interested in M&E Industry but unsure if you'd like the site work life? You may want to consider trying your hands on being a draftsman.

Approved applicants will be exposed to the behind-the-scene of M&E works such as the preparation of M&E Shop drawings, the section details, and as-built drawings. You will also be involved in the coordination drawings and the BIM development process. You will also be working closely with the Project teams on site for drawing amendments and updates.

Possible key takeaway would include understanding and manaing the project model environment such as create family, the template, the view range as well as annotation. You will also get to experience how the coordinating work happens between the drafting team & the project teams, and how drawings are being reflected in the real-life environment context.

As our focus in on HVAC systems, you will be exposed towards the HVAC systems, and experience first-hand on how a technical drawing is being made alive on sites.

Prerequisites: We are looking for people who are currently studying in the field of Mechanical Engineering/ or have graduated from the course (Or equivalent), and those who have slight experience in AutoCAD / BIM (Revit/ Naviswork/ Solibri) softwares. This will be suitable for those who are interested in the Engineering Industry but prefers to stay off site. (Do note: you might still be posted to be an on-site draftsman if there's a requirement for it).
