**Responsibilities**:
1. Organize and carry out the bank’s debt capital market financing business for domestic and foreign customers according to business processes, and effectively control business risks.

2. Take the lead in managing the operations and various businesses of the Asian Bond Underwriting and Distribution Center, guides the submission of business and reporting information and be responsible for communication and coordination with local regulatory agencies.

3. Responsible for department budget, assessment and personnel management.

4. Responsible for department personnel management, clarifying department goals and forming consensus. At the same time, continue to improve department employee engagement through coaching, authorization and other means.

5. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of a Degree (Banking, Finance or related area)
- 10 years or more of financial industry management experience
- Possess extensive knowledge in corporate finance, accounting, financial market products and legal contracts; be familiar with DCM products and have extensive experience in institutional customer service; be familiar with banking business and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Possess strong analytical skills, communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin so as to understand documents written in Mandarin and communicate with Mandarin speaking colleagues locally and from Head Office.
