Corporate Secretarial Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters independently for portfolio of clients (Singapore private companies, offshore entities such as Cayman and BVI)
- Knowledge on International, Singapore Corporate Structures
- Acting as the named company secretary for our clients (listed companies)
- Organize and facilitate meetings of directors and various committees and general meetings as well as preparing related papers/minutes and related materials
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies
- Ensure all statutory rules and regulatory requirements are met
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
- **Key Requirements**:
- Degree in Corporate Governance, Law, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years of company secretarial experience in Singapore, BVI, Cayman companies /professional services
- Associate member of Chartered Secretarial Chambers
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to details and able to work under pressure
- Computer literate. Knowledge in Salesforce will be an advantage
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
