**Job Title: Solution Architect / Principal Architectt**

We are looking for an experienced and visionary **Solution Architect / Principal Architect**to help shape our technology standards, engineering practices, and innovative solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about modern architecture frameworks, DevOps practices, and emerging technologies such as AI and cloud services, with a strong background in building secure, mission-critical IT systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Standards & Practices**:

- Develop and maintain architecture and engineering standards aligned with our technology vision and business goals.
- Stay current with technology trends and evaluate them for business fit and value.
- Collaborate with Tech Office (TO) Architects and Leads to embed standards into DevOps and development workflows.

**Engineering & Delivery**:

- Work with the CTO to review and improve DevOps tools, workflows, and metrics for efficiency.
- Identify and implement performance metrics for engineering and delivery teams.
- Contribute to development and pre-sales activities, especially in architecture and systems design.

**Infrastructure & Operations**:

- Support the CTO in managing development/test infrastructure and reviewing infrastructure architecture plans.

**Innovation & R&D**:

- Co-drive research and development initiatives to explore and adopt emerging technologies.
- Collaborate on R&D projects with product and technology leadership.

**Leadership & Collaboration**:

- Monitor adoption of architecture standards and engineering practices using DevOps metrics.
- Engage with architects, engineers, customers, and partners to align technology with business needs.
- Promote a collaborative environment with technical and business stakeholders.

**Security & Risk Management**:

- Work with the CTO to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate security best practices into system design and architecture.

**Competency Management**:

- Define and manage technical competency plans in collaboration with the CTO.
- Track and maintain your own technical skills in line with evolving organizational goals.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in designing secure, mission-critical IT systems.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (public/private), cloud-native technologies, and DevOps tools.
- Hands-on experience in Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering methodologies.
- Exposure to AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies.
- Familiarity with government or enterprise architecture standards.
- Solid understanding of security architecture, threats, and mitigation techniques.
- Ability to design solutions addressing performance, scalability, latency, and security.
- Experience in developing architectural blueprints and metrics.
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Effective collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
