- Experience with Teradata FSL-DM or similar industry model
- Strong hands on Experience in Teradata
- Technical skills in order of priority: Teradata, Strong SQL, other Relational database experience.
- Experience in both Dimensional and Relational data modeling technologies
- Ability to develop complex mappings and workflows in accordance with Business Requirements
- Experience in Banking Datawarehouse with Regulatory, Risk and Finance reporting
- Experience with collaborating and fronting business users for gathering Requirements and translating to Technical Outcomes
- Experience in designing, Architecting, Implementing, and optimizing high throughput fault tolerant data pipelines for Batch (ETL/ELT)
- Experience with collaborating and fronting business users for gathering Requirements and translating to Technical Outcomes
- Experience with Performance Tuning on Teradata or other MPP data pipelines
- Demonstrable automation experience on Unix Shell Scripting
- Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple assigned projects and tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in Hive, Teradata SQL to perform Data analysis and performance tuning will be an added advantage.
