Marketing Intern

**Job Description Summary**: GE Healthcare’s AKA Region (ANZ, Korea, ASEAN - 7 country zones in total) Marketing team is seeking an intern based in Singapore. You will support a team of regional and local marketing and product management teams in to drive growth efforts for the business in AKA. The incumbent will be exposed to GE Healthcare's diverse portfolio of the healthcare business, which provides a perfect opportunity for us to learn about you and your interests and for you to learn about GE and a career with us.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Be involved in NPI (New Product Introductions) preparation and execution activities
- Track Progress of Events, Lead-gen activities and similar CMEs (continuing medical education)
- Create and generate reports, graphs, tables, presentations, to present data in a meaningful way and support the business in metrics such as ROI
- Assist in creating content marketing for lead generation, and sales tools / collateral
- Work with Digital marketing team in creating and tracking campaigns, updating and maintaining relevant web pages
- Liaise with relevant creative agencies and vendors
- Create and/or update Marketing collateral to local AKA (ANZ, Korea, ASEAN) requirements, navigating internal approval processes
- Coordinate Omnichannel and Inside Sales activities
- Support Clinical education preparations
- Coordinate and facilitate online virtual webinar events and other lead generating events and activities
- Work with internal stakeholders in planning and executing activities
- Navigate internal workflows /processes for honorarium, logistics, finance approvals, KOL communication, and other administrative tasks
- Perform additional tasks as required to support AKA level marketing activities to the relevant portfolios

**Requirements**:

- Any degree / diploma
- This is a 4 - 6 months' internship, and be able to commence in October
- An independent thinker, and demonstrates proactive behavior and takes initiative
- Experience using design software such as adobe acrobat
- Interested in learning and developing marketing, analytical, and creative skills
- Interested in learning how a regional business operates to assist on marketing programs that can be deployed across regional markets and industries.
- A personable team-player with the ability to work harmoniously with people from diverse cultures
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- High-energy and self-motivated with problem-solving skills
- Able to manage documents and shows attention with details
- Maintains high level of ethics, quality, safety and environmental standards in all aspects of the business
- Intermediate MS Office skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- This role is based in Singapore
