**Business Function**:
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the adoption of SRE principles and implement them in CICD tools.
- Monitor and manage CICD tools efficiently.
- Collaborate with developers and other DevOps teams to enhance build processes.
- Assess and explore new technologies and solutions to enhance the CI/CD journey.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing DevOps CI-CD tools and management.
- Proficient in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, Bitbucket, Jfrog, Ansible, SonarQube, etc.
- Experience in managing OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and RHEL.
- Strong expertise in Mobile Application build and deploy tools for both iOS and Android.
- Ability to work in a dynamic change environment, providing 24/7 support with a positive learning-oriented attitude.
- Solid experience in container image deployment and release management with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Proficient in automation and scripting, with skills in shell, groovy, and Python.
- Good knowledge of monitoring tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
- Background in large-scale system administration and familiarity with SRE principles and Release Engineering.
- Advanced Linux System Administrator skills and expertise in configuration management systems.
- In-depth knowledge of infrastructure areas, such as virtual server technologies, networking, firewalls, and internet protocols.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, is considered an added advantage.
