Working hours: Shift

Duration: 12 months contract

**Responsibilities**:

- **Perform real time monitoring and response within 30 mins (contractual)**:

- **Perform 1st level of troubleshoot to allow resolution of the ticket within contractual duration.**:

- **Assignment of Incident to the resolver party**:

- **Handle ad-hoc user account creation**:

- **Compile monthly report for Customer review
**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Center Operations Support**:

- **Thorough knowledge of Data Center Operations with strong knowledge of Operations methodology. Experience in eye-ball checking of system faults and failures**:

- **Good technical knowledge on Data Centre monitoring tools.**:

- **Possess an in-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure technology and components for installation**:

- **Ready to work on 8 hours/12 hours rotating shift patterns
