- Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to maximize the financial performance and value of the real estate portfolio
- Identify opportunities for asset enhancement, including property repositioning, renovations, and projects management, to increase the portfolio's competitiveness and rental income
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market demands, and potential risks or opportunities for the portfolio
- Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of our property within the portfolio, including revenue, expenses, occupancy rates, leasing activity and footfall
- Manage relationships, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and providing customer service
- Engage and manage 3rd party service providers, such as property managers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the properties
- Coordinate and oversee project management activities related to asset enhancement initiatives, including budgeting, scheduling, contractor selection, and construction oversight
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess physical condition, identify maintenance or repair needs, and ensure compliance with property management standards
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, financial results, and recommended strategies for improving asset performance

**REQUIREMENTS**

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in real estate asset management, with a specific focus on asset enhancement and value creation
- Understanding of real estate development processes, including property management, project management, construction, financing, due diligence
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial data, assess investment opportunities, and develop financial models & business case
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal & external partners, and service providers
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
