**THE ROLE**
- Propose and conceptualise design ideas, mood boards and space planning based on clients’ requirements
- Able to effectively draft 2D, 3D and detailed drawings
- Able to develop creative design solutions and recommendations with mínimal supervision
- Manage and propose material selection, FF&E whenever required
- Participate in site meetings and measurements
- Liaise with project coordinator to prepare quotation and project schedule

**WHAT WE EXPECT**
- At least 3 years experience in interior design related field
- Design-oriented with a keen eye for detail
- Self-starter with strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent team player, independent and creative-driven
- Familiar with clear documentation and organisation of all work documents
- Able to implement top-level instructions from senior executives, and ensure professional conducts
- Proficient in SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D rendering software etc.

We are partners with one of the leading builders for landed residences in Singapore - Trace Design + Build, and we have completed over 70 projects including HDB, condo, landed houses and commercial works.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Interior design: 5 years (preferred)
