We are looking for a high-energy, charismatic Operations Associate who can work well under pressure and who exhibits a spirit of excellence to join one of the fastest growing intra-city delivery platforms in Asia.

**What you'll Do**:

- Coaching Driver Partners who violate our policies over the phone.
- Acting as a liaison between Driver Partners and Users, and investigating disputes.
- Ensuring that Driver Partners follow our safety and service rules, and taking appropriate disciplinary action when necessary.
- Communicating important messages and corrections tactfully to Driver Partners who have committed disciplinary infractions.
- Assisting with driver offboarding tasks such as updating bank account details and processing refunds.
- Using Excel and other spreadsheet tools to securely update, share, and keep track of data and information.

**What you'll Need**:

- Objective, analytical and resilient individual with ambition to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Min Diploma in Business or related field, fresh graduates are welcomed
- _ Note: This is a short term, hourly rated role, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm at Ubi_
