Since October 2011, **Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (**THK**MC)**was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.

**THK**MC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the **elderly and the sick**, **families**, **persons with disabilities**, and **children.**We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

THK Pan-Disability Centre is a sheltered workshop that provides vocational training and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities. These programmes help to develop skill sets and improve work readiness so that they may earn a monthly wage by performing simple tasks and activities.

Key Responsibility: To conduct casework, counselling, assessment and group work for clients.

Job Scope:

- Manage information and case referrals
- Conduct financial assessments and provide community work
- Network and collaborate with relevant stakeholders and community partners
- Plan and implement projects assigned
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings meetings and case conferences as required and actively share information in a respectful, non-judgemental manner
- Exercise good judgement and discretion in dealing with confidential information
- Attend relevant professional development seminars and training programs for self-development

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum Degree or Post Graduate Qualifications in Social Work from recognised institutions

- Able to work in a multi-disciplinary team with good interpersonal skills to communicate with people at all levels such as family members, government agencies and other professionals
