**Job Description Summary**:
Title: Digital Marketing Intern

Location: Hybrid (with some in-office and some remote work)

internship (40 hours per week)

Duration: March to July/August, or the closest match to your university calendar (20 weeks minimum)

Overview:
The Digital Marketing Intern will support the Center of Excellence regional Omnichannel team in the creation and execution of webinar events. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn about and assist with various aspects of digital marketing, including event planning, content creation, and social media promotion. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting the team's work, including creating summaries ways of working, roles and responsibilities, timelines and task lists.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist with the planning and execution of webinar events, including coordinating with marketing teams in various countries, promoting the event on social media (LinkedIn), and managing post-event reports.

Contribute to the team's brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas for future projects.

Get exposed to a regional office with various projects across Japan, South Korea, India, Australia, South-East Asia, and Greater China.

Get to use cloud solution and many digital marketing tools with a real business context.

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in polytechnic, in a technology, marketing or business diploma.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with event planning and/or digital marketing preferred, but not required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
