We'd love to hear from you YOUR ROLE As a HR Business Partner, you will lead and value create in the pillars of retention, recognition and reward, with the sole purpose of building the next generation of Decathlonians, alongside the local country project in Singapore. At Decathlon, we believe they are Satisfied or Satisfied. **PROJECT DRIVEN**: You will assist in leading our Local Country Project. - You will contribute to human and economic performance of Decathlon Singapore by working with the HR team to strategize, animate and develop the internal HR strategies consistent with our business model. - You will contribute to the Human and Economic Performance of the company. - You will guarantee compliance with personnel administration and the employment regulations & laws. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day situations, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. - You will analyze and develop retention, reward and recognition and workplace happiness strategies. - You will build valuable relationships with our stakeholders (i.e. teammates). You will work closely with leaders and teammates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. - Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions and policies. - You will consult with leaders, providing HR guidance when appropriate. **Requirements**: WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR; **Hard skills**: - Minimum 1~2 years Human Resource Business Partnering or HR Generalist experience. - Strong familiarity with MS Office and Govt Portals etc - The ability to work with accuracy, high attention to detail with excellent time management skills. **Soft skills**: - People who are VITAL in their daily activities. - People who are CUSTOMER-CENTRIC with a strong Sense of Service and the willingness to want to help others, including teammates. - People who are RESPONSIBLE, self-motivated & adaptable in the field of a fast paced and changing environment. - People who are Digitally minded & BUSINESS-CENTRIC with an entrepreneurial spirit. - A TEAM PLAYER. - Strong INTERPERSONAL, listening and communication skills. - Demonstrates PROFESSIONALISM with a high sense of CONFIDENTIALITY. - A SPORTS LOVER & SPORTS PASSIONATE. **Benefits**: Remuneration - Base starting from 3800$/month up to 4200$/month for new joiners, according to experience - Monthly bonus, up to 10% of your base salary - Opportunity to become a Shareholder - Eligibility to receive profit sharing at the end of the year (based on country performances) Be an ambassador - 20% Staff discount on ALL Decathlon products, including bikes, kayaks, tents...
