Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately input airway bill data for import and export cargo for billing purposes
- Maintain records and documentation for all cargo shipments.
- Coordinate with terminal handling staff to ensure smooth processing of cargo.
- Handle customer inquiries related to cargo shipments and documentation.
- Ensure all cargo-related data is updated and accurate in the system.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and office duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles, particularly in cargo handling.
- Knowledge of terminal handling processes for air cargo (import & export) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in an office environment.
- Must be willing to work in Changi Airfreight Center and pass required security checks.

Work Schedule:

- 5.5 days work week.
- Office hours.
