- **Technical skills**: Expertise in baking techniques, recipe development, and professional decorating using methods like piping and glazing.
- **Creativity**: The ability to create new and enticing recipes and visually appealing desserts.
- **Organizational skills**: Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work on your feet for long hours.
- **Leadership**: Ability to supervise and train other staff members effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other chefs and potentially clients.
- **Education**: While experience is key, formal training from a culinary institution or a certificate in pastry arts is often preferred.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
