- 1. M&S APME : Responsible for planning, reviewing and rolling out of internal and external communications in APME
- 2. TotalEnergies Singapore: Leads corporate communications needs and manages CSR program in Singapore**M&S APME**
- Stakeholders management: M&S Regional Management Committee including SVP and VPs of business & functions, Country Managing Directors in affiliates and JVs, and Global/ Regional/ Country Communicators
- Act as the Editor for all internal and external owned digital content & channels in the region
- Facilitates validation of external communications eg press releases and media interviews in the region, in consultation with the senior leadership team
- A business partner for Regional Functions to support global/ regional corporate communications
- A focal point for Global Communications teams in M&S

**TotalEnergies Singapore**
- Stakeholders management: Steerco comprising of Branches & Business Heads, TotalEnergies Foundation, CSR Committee, and Business Communicators
- Act as the Editor for all internal and external owned digital channels for Singapore
- Act as CSR Manager for Singapore. Champion all CSR governance, program, platform, KPIs and communications - in consultation with Steerco, CSR Committee, TotalEnergies Foundation, NGOs and employees
- Act as the media liaison for local media
- Proactive Issues & crisis communications management
- Drive key communications signature programs eg Executives Thought Leadership series
- Develop & implement an annual Communications Plan with business communicators
- A focal point for Global Communications team in Corporate headquarters
- People Management: lead a 2-member corporate communications team

**MS APME**
- Responsible for internal and external communications day-to-day operations which includes governance, review of communications content to ensure coherence and consistency
- Interface with the Communicators’ Network in the region and act as the focal point for corporate communications managers
- Work closely with the Communications Teams at the regional and corporate level to ensure that corporate communications processes and guidelines are applied consistently across the zone
- Drive the planning and execution of the regional internal and external communications strategy
- Positively position APME leadership team and success stories with key stakeholders in HQ including strategic placement of
- “right message and right platform” aimed at increasing visibility at a Branch and Corporate level
- Supervise the dissemination of APME weekly push mail to employees in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop a robust story pipeline on internal and external channels to promote local success stories on regional platforms
- Organize quarterly townhalls for managing directors in APME and Regional employees
- Develop and manage production of APME communications assets including video and collateral
- Support regional issues and crises through effective and timely crisis communications, in collaboration with MDs, country communicators and corporate headquarters
- Assist the department head in budget planning and monitoring

- Implement internal and external communications strategies and stakeholder influencing engagement to project, promote and enhance TotalEnergies’ reputation in Singapore
- Promote global corporate campaigns including World Safety Day, Environment Day, Cyber Security, Ethnic Day
- Create content of internal and external digital channels
- Build, maintain and develop relations with key external stakeholders and influencers including business, government, French Embassy, media, corporations and academia
- Drive the planning and implementation of the CSR program in Singapore and promote employee volunteerism for the adopted program
- Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Management or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Mature, strategic thinking and project management
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
- High business and functional acumen, digitally savvy
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
