External Focused: Client Engagement / Project Delivery
- Lead, manage, and or support all or part of a Net Zero program. Frame sustainability initiatives and work at either a macro or functional level depending on the needs of the program itself.
- Where required lead the set-up, delivery, and closeout of sustainability programs in accordance with the requirements of the role, as well as monitor, and control the program to assure delivery against roadmap milestones
- Act as or support the commission Director on our delivery programs - managing client relations and commercial arrangements.
- Support business development activities with new and existing clients, including bid writing.
- Lead workshops with client key stakeholders to understand their current state-of-play across pipeline and 'in-flight' projects.

Internal Focused: Value Proposition and Thought Leadership:

- Refine our service proposition to ensure it is aligned with the market
- Work with leaders in our business to integrate the proposition within our core offering of project management and cost management.
- Design an operating model with appropriate governance, accountability, and authority to execute the strategy.
- Act as a thought leader for Turner & Townsend Asia on the topic of Sustainability
- Create visibility of progressive targets against overall commitments.
- Drive improved carbon performance using a programmatic approach to develop and implement repeatable solutions.

Internal Focused: Team and Operational Management:

- Establish governance and communications operating model to ensure consistency of approach.
- Support the day-to-day operational management of the Net Zero team.
- Develop the ways of working that define an environment for successful delivery.
- Support the ongoing development of our services, toolkits, and capability build.
- Set, maintain, and deliver high standards across all aspects of service delivery

Leadership and Critical Thinking:

- Able to provide clients with long-term perspectives combined with practical solutions and pragmatic actions.
- Good commercial awareness including the ability to articulate business decisions within the wider context and market trends.
- Confident leading alone and working as part of a team, with the ability to flex according to the needs of the program.
- Leadership experience in the conception, development, and implementation of large programs would be beneficial and credible.

Technical Skills:

- Technical experience of embodied carbon calculations.
- Experience with market tools like OneClick, EC3.
- Competent user of data management software (e.g., Excel) and systems for data cleansing, management, analytics, and quality assurance.

Growth Mindset and Business Development:

- A desire to grow and develop.
- Business development experience and/or the hunger to get involved
